Edit alongside Meg Loeks in this in-depth post processing workshop! You will learn editing techniques in both Lightroom and Photoshop that bring your creative vision to life. Meg will demonstrate everything from how to enhance light, depth, color and more. She will also cover Lightroom and Photoshop hacks to speed up your workflow. Attendees will receive some of Meg's RAW images in advance so they can edit alongside her if they so choose.

The reason why a lot of photographers struggle to successfully add in branding photography offers to their business is because it requires building a new skillset. For most other types of photography the client plans what happens and the photographer is responsible for posing and taking the photo. Branding photography requires understanding what your client is marketing and helping them visually tell that story through a combination of locations, props, models, and outfits. And then posing them and taking the photos on the day of the session. Over the last 5 years we've developed a process that enables us to be both efficient and deeply customize each session to tell a unique story that resonates with our clients audience. We'd love to share our planning process with photographers to help them visually tell their clients' story.

Watch me shoots are a chance for you to sit back and watch the photographer in action. You'll get a chance to learn their prompts, see them pose their subjects, watch them use the light to create their images, and be inspired.

Kick off Your Session With Confidence!
We’ll walk through simple flow posing for the standard, must-have shots, so you can knock them out in the first 10 minutes of your session, while creating flattering, timeless images for your client.

Then the FUN begins! We’ll get creative and explore different ways to create something extra unique and memorable that will stand out, including:
-switching up your posing
-creative shooting through various elements
-the random things I keep in my camera bag
-creating dramatic silhouettes

In this "watch me edit" style program, Ashley will use Lightroom and Photoshop to demonstrate how she achieves her signature bold, true to color editing style. This demonstration will feature photos from multiple different lighting situations, from simple indoor studio portraits to more challenging hazy backlit shots. Topics covered will include masking, color grading, use of AI tools, and skin retouching. Each attendee will receive Ashley's favorite custom preset!
